If you’d like a second opinion before you file

Filing is straightforward, and you’re never left to guess. The form guides you through each field, and if you’d like reassurance before you submit, you can ask us to review your declaration for a flat £10. It’s entirely optional and only ever at your request. What it covers is set out under service levels.

In the country requirements assistant, you fill in the country of destination of your shipment. Our country requirements assistant advises you directly which documents are required for this country. This way you know for sure that you have the right documents with your goods.

After payment, your application will be received by our team. We will perform a free additional quality check on your application, checked by our expert customer services team. This minimizes the chance of rejection, to prevent unnecessary loss of time in your export process.

To create a free account in our webshop and to start with your first export document for free, click the "Create Account" button at the top right or below. Fill in your company details. You will then receive an email from us. Set a password via the link in the email and fill in the additional company information. You now have access to your account. To activate your account, you still need to upload the completed Power of Attorney that was received by email.

After you upload your company documents, our Customer Service team will approve it. Once this is done, your account is ready for use, and you can start with your first order!
