If you're unsure about what a particular field requires, don’t worry help is available. Simply click on the small green circle with the letter "i" located above each field. These helpful icons provide clear explanations and guidance, so you can be confident you're entering the right information in the correct format.
Please note that all columns marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. These fields must be completed in full, as they contain essential data required for processing your shipment. If any of these required fields are left blank, the system will prevent you from moving forward to Step 4.
Taking the time to fill in this section carefully helps avoid delays, ensures compliance with export regulations, and supports smooth handling throughout the shipping process.
If you regularly ship the same or similar products, you can make the process even faster by saving those items to your personal goods book. This feature allows you to store frequently used product details, so the next time you need to ship the same goods, you can quickly select them from your goods book. The system will automatically fill in the product information for you, saving you time and reducing the risk of errors.
