Step 1 - Address Information

In Step 1 of the shipping process, you will see that the details of the exporter, typically your own company or the sender are already displayed on the screen. Your task at this stage is to accurately fill in the information related to the addressee (or consignee), who is your customer or the intended recipient of the goods. This includes key details such as the recipient’s name, street, house number, city, postal code, and country.

If you regularly ship goods to the same customer or group of customers, there is a useful feature that can help streamline the process. You have the option to save the Consignee's details in your address book. This can significantly reduce the amount of time and effort required for future shipments. By saving the address, you can simply select it from your address book the next time you need to send a shipment to that customer. The system will then automatically populate all the relevant fields with the saved information, minimizing errors and improving efficiency. Utilizing the address book is a smart way to make repeat shipping faster, easier, and more accurate.
