Useful Features of the Webshop
Shopping Cart:
You can now prepare multiple applications in your shopping cart and check-out for them all at once. You will be invoiced monthly in the first week of each month after month-end.
Business Account with Multiple Users:
You can share a business account with your colleague(s), with each having their own login. Authorizations and proof of documents only need to be uploaded once. At the same time, you have a shared order overview where you can see all applications and their statuses from each other.
Address Book:
Do you have shipments from different sellers or to different customers? You can save the address details for each shipment and customer. For a subsequent application, you can quickly and easily have the system fill in the details.
Help Texts:
All fields that you need to fill in during our order process are provided with help texts. We provide practical explanations for each field about what you need to fill in. The explanation becomes visible by hovering your mouse over the blue "i" symbol.
Final Check:
In step 4 of the order process, you will see a sample document with the information you have filled in during the previous steps. You can do a final check here before you submit the order.
Resume Application:
Do you not yet have certain shipment or product information? No problem. Your application is saved, and you can resume it later. You can also modify the previously entered information.
Track Your Order Status:
In the 'Order Overview,' you can see the current status of your order(s), so you always stay informed about the status!
Commercial Invoices:
It is possible to add multiple commercial invoices to your applications. These are combined into one PDF.
