In Step 2, you provide key information about your shipment to support accurate documentation and smooth export procedures. You’ll need to fill in the following:
Description of Goods - Enter a clear and accurate description of the items you’re shipping, including what they are and their intended use.
Transport Details - Select how the goods will be shipped—by air, sea, road, or rail—as this affects regulations and documentation.
Location of Goods - Specify where the goods are physically stored or will be picked up from, such as a warehouse or logistics hub.
Commercial Invoice Details - Provide invoice data including item value, currency, buyer/seller details, and a product summary. This is used by customs to calculate duties and taxes.
Accurate details at this step help ensure compliance and prevent shipping delays.

All columns marked with a * are mandatory to fill in. If you do not complete these, you cannot proceed to Step 3.
