When to create a customs declaration?

You prepare a customs declaration/export declaration (EX-A) before the departure of your shipment outside the UK.

You can fill out this document digitally in our webshop. Once you have completed the application, it is immediately sent to Customs for review. Within a few minutes, you will receive a notification from us whether Customs has approved your declaration. If approved, the transport can proceed to the office of exit/border office where the goods will leave the EU (European Union).
